  • warning light

    Hi dubbers, i've been away for a while so no recent posts. I sold my
    '98 Transporter a couple of years ago and bought a 2008 Multivan TDI.
    No real problems, but i drove from Qld to Melb. before Christmas to
    visit my daughter and almost immediately got a dose of Covid. I have
    been laid up for three weeks now and just tried to start my van. It was
    difficult to start and an " engine workshop " warning light came on in centre
    dashboard. Subsequently, when i try to start it daily the same warning comes
    on briefly. It's something i've never seen before. Anyone have any ideas what
    is the cause?

      Oil/water is ok, water temp is always 90c, {the problem is at start up }
      but the code reader might be a good idea.
