Vw transporter 2014 noise need help

Hey legends My 2014 t5 transporter making hell of a noise under load as soon as I touch acceleration pedal it makes a grinding screech noise ill upload YouTube video if anyone has had similar or any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

Hi there, I could not decipher the noise easily listening to the clip. But suggest first thing to check is the multi ribbed accessory belt and tensioner pulley for the alternator, AC etc. As a loose belt will screech if the tensioner is failing or the belt is stuffed. The tensioner pulley bearing could be grinding also if it is failing.
