Hi Folks - The climate control for my 2009 T5 Caravelle 4motion has started to only blow cold air on the right regardless of the temperature setting. The passenger side seems to be ok. I understand this may be a "flap actuator " problem - possibly just a broken connector. Do you agree? (I have checked for fault codes, but the OBD unit indicates none are set.) The big question is how to I get access to the actuator and flaps to check? I have had a look but can't see exactly what I need to do to remove the necessary bits of dash. Can anyone help with details on how remove the lower dash panels? Thanks.

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,
