Compliance Plate 2006 Caddy

Hi, can someone tell me where the Compliance Plate on my 2006 Caddy is?

On my 2007 its on the passenger side sliding door frame, RHS when your looking into the van.

Compliance Sticker is on the bottom of the door frame driver side - at least in WA; in the old Caddys it used to be a plate in the rear cargo area...
