Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Yep I thought they wouldn't fit being a 19x9 but all good so far good they came very close to the front shock but since driving no rubbing. So no spacers for the moment.

Speed lines from Audi et 52
Since driving over the weekend only noticed a slight rub on the front left strut under load while turning it just touched!!!
These size rims come very close as I mentioned to front struts, the clearance when turning is good no wheel rubs on any wheel arch trim. The rear is perfect no clearance issues at all.
I'm taking the wheels off the front and having them slightly shaved on the inner outer lip to give them clearance to the front shocks. Speaking to my wheel repairer to clean it up.
          But otherwise fit is great.
Fitting a 19x8 or 19x8.5 would fit perfectly on a caddy.
