Hi caddy owners, I have received a letter form VW indicated my maxi caddy 1.6TDI is under recall. Do you receive same letter from VW?

If yours has a DSG, then yes, you should have received one. It is all going to take a while, but they are replacing the mechatronics unit on these DSGs.Originally posted by jackmax View Post--

All manufacturers have problems, and it is not the small manufacturer you have to watch out for.
If it makes you feel better, get the Recalls app from the ACCC and you will then feel better (or worse). No matter what brand you get these days, be prepared for problems of one sort or another.
