If my Caddy was a Golf what would it be?

Hi All,
As of Wednesday - I am the proud owner of a 2005 Caddy 1.9L Diesel.

The data plate has the engine code 2KA A42 and there is also 77KW TDI

So if I was to be lurking in the other forums where would be best - is this closest to a MarkIV, V, or VI Golf or some other animal all together?

The 1.9 related to the mkv golf trendline, so hang out there for engine mods.

It's also related to the Golf Plus. If you look very close at the Golf Plus and the caddy from the front back to just behind the driver's door, it's exactly the same, bar one or two things...
