Yep that's an easy one, that's "individual mode" (the mode button down next to stop/start and gear lever) it changes from economy (tree looking icon) normal, sport, and individual.

In the stereo screen settings you can set the individual mode settings to how you want (i use this for sport steering, sport driving, normal suspension, custom for me)
