  • How long did u wait till first modification?

I been saying I should start seriously modding the GTI but then I think I should wait a bit longer 'just in case' something goes wrong and I need warranty on a related part.

    So my questions are:

    1. How many kms did you do before you done your first hardware mod on the Polo? (Chip is not detectable so it dont apply here)

    2. What hardware mod did you do?

K&N and SEAT intake at 4 months, although they are pretty stealth mods. Will be getting chipped once I have some cash.

About 6 months for RSB & SEAT intake (reflash a few months earlier).

More significant things on the way.

Gutted Cat about 2 hours after purchasing.
Installed intercooler spray 1 week later.
Chipped soon later. Cant remember exactly when?
Did airbox / filter setup within a month.

any reason why you waited so long before you installed the filter?

I'm happy with my GTI after i pick it up, no matter bhp or style, a year after is time to change a filter, so i pick K&N~

May be next mod is supensions?

                              LOL
