Driving lights

Does anyone know if VW makes driving lights that go in the fog lamp holes at the front? Used to have a small pair of Narva 70mm's and they're great for freeway driving - fog lamps are useless in Sydney 90% of the time...

or soemthing afterket that is nice and round and will fit...

mmm i wonder if I could stick the Narvas in the holes without it looking too ugly...
