    PULS8T build thread

    Decided to finally start a build thread and update it as i have the time

    Bought my gti august last year with the intentions of keeping it as a stock daily.....out the window that went the following week after i tracked it lol

    Picture below



    Current mods / changes :

    Forge fmic
    Gfb BOV
    Ecs stage 3 front BBK
    Ecs stage 1 rear BBK
    Vibratechnics engine mounts
    Hakon coilovers
    Whiteline front swaybar
    Forge gear knob
    Ultra racing front strut brace
    Forge rear strut brace
    Ultra racing underbody rear brace
    Team dynamic motorsport wheels
    Mk5 gti steering wheel

    Future mods / changes :

    Frankenturbo f4 with forge actuator
    Gfb boost controller
    Custom manifold
    Bigger injectors
    Fuel rail / regulator upgrade
    Dyno tune
    Full exhaust system with varex and bigger dump pipe
    Engine bay tidy
    Velo seats
    Cage (maybe)
    Body work (undecided yet)

      Very nice. Nice current and future parts list.

      Geez, I was doing something wrong when I was on my P's, couldn't have afforded any of that stuff. Good work.

          Awesome, another polo build thread

          I'm liking the White bulbs in the head lights. Planning to get some for myself so good to see what they look like.

                    Might have a FrankenTurbo F23 turbo with associated gear for sale soon if you're interested.
                    It has a forge actuator installed already.

                      Ive got a whole f4 kit in the garage with the actuator and all already. Bummer! Any other bits you may have for sale soon?

                        I'll let you know. The whole kit was hardly used. Turned into a project car that had a bug in the motor which we eventually found.

                        The motor has to come out again so I'm going to put a bigger kit on it. I'll sell all the associated parts from the old kit soon. I'll try to sell everything as a complete kit if possible though.

                        My guess is that you probably have everything that I'd be selling anyway. I let you know though ...

                              After coming across a valve cover gasket leak i decided to get it replaced and bling up the engine bay a little





                              Troy, myself and a few of the polo boys decided to hit a docklands meet / minishoot following











                              Finally received my intake back from plating. A hand polish on the throttle assembly and a new gasket and it should be right to install when i find the time
