Scratched my Bumper :(

Hi Guys,

Well i have had my polo gti now for almost 3 months and absolutely love it to death. Unfortunately i was taking a mates pc out of the boot a week or so ago and unfortunately gave the top of the rear bumper a dirty scratch through the paint work about 6 cm long.

What do i need to do as far as fixing it to the best of my abilities against the elements and stuff ?

And if it makes it any easier my Polos the blue one (I know no one seems to like the blue, but i absolutely love it compared to the other colours)

you should be able to track down a local scratch repairer, as long as the panel isnt (overly) damaged.

a scratch would probably cost around $100 and the repairers are typically mobile and should be able to do it at your house or work

if it's not very deep, you can try using scratchX from meguair. It's a pretty good product.

Sorry to hear that.. it's always sad to get something that new damaged.
