I got mine as 16000km second hand, so didn't have much choice, but there was red!!!

I wanted white for ages, then had one for a curtesy car. White Polo GTI with santa monica wheels. Liked it initially, then got sick of it pretty quickly after 3 days.

    I like my red.

Would I get red again, if I were to buy it again?

    Yes
well.....thats......ummm......certainly one way to choose a car

thats the same for me. i had the choice of white with exor 17's or the car i have. i went for the silver because i had a silver car previous to this, and a red previous to that. i know how good silver cars are to keep clean so naturally went for that colour. i will wait until i have finish uni and am on some more money before buying a black car, because i will need to get it washed every week.....i hate dirty cars.

i am generally not a big fan of white cars but this is damn sexy, with the black roof!!

I bought mine second hand. First Polo GTI I test drove, right price, sun roof...

Drove it around for a few days and then noticed it was Blue

Alright not quite that bad. I quite like the blue actually. Would've preferred the R32 blue though but anyway.

It was the colour on offer.

          Red.

I had three black cars previously, one which I had for so little time it couldn't break, one with a few dramas and one which was born in hell and hopefully has gone back home.

My Mum has had BIG problems with all cars she's had through the years EXCEPT the red ones, including one she had for 21 years which never missed a beat. That was bought in Ferntree Gully.

When a red Pogo popped up in stock in FTG on the day I finally decided to ditch the Satan Spawn it was just meant to be.

And she's great - except for the dash rattles.

          Cheers!
          PogoAmy.

red, cause it goes faster and my 1.6 match needs all the power it can get to attempt to keep up with your gti's. not all that succesful though ahaha

We are looking at a new 1.6 Match, within the next couple of months.

The 1.6 must be better than our current 1.4, 55Kw.

black because at night, all you can see is a pair of tail light fading away......

                or more correctly,

never had a black car, always wanted a black car, then decided to get a black car! =)

                black suits it well! =)

The salesmen tried to sell me a red one. But red fades in the sun quicker than any other colour. IMO it also looks a bit girlie and it reminds me of a Barina.

The black looked nice but in the Australian summer the more sun you reflect away from the car the better. Also black is a b!tch to keep clean.

Blue never really caught my eye, maybe if it was a different shade of blue... I have had 3 blue cars and I generally like blue but not this one.

White is also nice and it looks good with black rims as seen in the photos. But my last car was white with black rims and I wanted a change from white.

In the end I ended up with silver and I am very happy with it.
