Vw vcds software / cable

Anyone know where I could purchase the vcds software and OBD2 cable? Preferly somewhere local in Melbourne or Australia

You can get a cheap ebay cable and pay ross-tech for a license which is $99 USD. That's the cheapest way.

The software is free to download.

If you do the cheap cable. Run it off a good laptop as if it dies you'll lose the license.

Otherwise go direct to ross-tech.com and buy the HEX+CAN cable and be done. Anything else doesn't cut it in my mind.
