But unfortunately, their price is competitive then others so i went back to purchase another vehicle...

I bought a brand new car from denlo.. Picked it up end of last week and i've taken it to the service dept already!!

After this whole episode, I have vowed to stay away from them...But more to the point, I have had dramas and run arounds with every dealer/dealer servicer I have dealt with...I have no trust of them.

I call Parramatta VW for a check up, they were busy, so they grab my phone# and name but NEVER up to today they call me back. come to think about it, VW service/quality isnt improving...

Denlo sales are just no good at all in my experience. My in-laws are looking for a new car, trying to get info out of the sales guys at Denlo VW on the weekend was akin to getting blood out of a stone. I've had a similar experience with Denlo Subaru sales before - sheer lack of interest in helping someone who's clearly interested in their vehicles.

To be fair, their service departments have been "average" - nothing to write home about in either good or bad ways. But I expect better than "average" service, and when other dealerships can deliver it, why would I accept "average"?

I've had similarily poor sales experiences with Chatswood Classic Cars recently (I walked around the lot for 15 minutes, looking at Passat wagons, and couldn't get any interest from the sales guys - one guy thought it more important that he have a smoke after getting off the phone while I was looking at a car not 5m from his desk), and with Barloworld in the past.

Tom Kerr Subaru and Mazda sales were exceptional - interested without being pushy, happy to hand off from one sub-dealer to the other (they share a name, but have separate sales teams). And the experiences I've had with McCarroll's at Waitara/Hornsby has always been excellent (sales, service, spare parts), and I'd gladly go see them again.
