Have you ordered the whiteline kca310 to fix the rear toe?
    They are discontinued.
I picked up a NOS set recently as I too have a toe correction to make though not as much as you.
Looking at them they should be easy to replicate in different thicknesses which is what I am going to do to get the toe perfect.

Back end not bent to be that far out Pete? 6mm is heaps. Could you not move the mounts on the body to get rid of most of it?

Potentially but it didn't seem a priority for the alignment guy. Maybe on the next alignment...

6mm is heaps. I think one side on mine was 2.8mm and the other was 0.5 or similar.

Ha, I laugh at your 6mm; rear right on mine is off by 9.6mm (although the left is only 0.6mm)! Once I get the new suspension in I'm going to take it to a guy who can put it all to rights with some serious machinery; not much point until then.

Hey guys I've got an 18mm spiral fluted hand ream available for sale. I bought it especially for this job. It's not a crap Chinese ream either. I purchased it for $30 with postage so I'm happy to move it on for $25 with free post via ausposts cheapest.

Pete were you able to ream it with the subframes dropped but still in the car or did you have to remove them completely?

I did it on the car, honestly just needed the first 25mm done.

                        Hoyhoy.

I think you'll enjoy the difference, seeing that ya had to ream.

                          eddy,
I remember somewhere in your posts regarding the sleeves (could have been on another site) that you also mentioned a mod you had in the pipeline for the steering arm angles. I think you'd mentioned that you thought the rack was too low. Looking at mine (which is stock height) my steering arms are angled up a few degrees at the tie rod ends so I'd have to agree. It'd only get worse with lowering.
What did you do to improve things? - pack out the rack to raise it or swap in taller tie rod ends??

                            Hoyhoy.

Sam, the only thing I done in the end was to lift her back up a bit.

Do you mean the whole front end (with ride height)?
