I didn't say anything positive or negative. You just made an assumption.

I chose APR (got it free with my APR remap in the special), so it doesn't effect me at all, since I paid less than both prices.

Its a pretty east job...All you need is a Ratchet and a 16mm socket to undo the 3 bolts to pull out the Torque Arm.
Then you need either an Arbor Press or a large Vice to press out the old Torque Arm Insert.
I used a 15 ton Arbor Press at work and a large(45mm or 50mm) 3/4 drive socket sitting on top of the insert to press it out. I found it took ALOT of force to get it out, only as the old insert was flexing alot, and not allowing the press to distribute the force evenly, but once it started moving, it was fine.
The APR insert us very easy to put in. Grease it up with the grease provided, then line it up properly, as per the instructions, then using the press, apply light pressure to the insert. Make sure the insert pushes in uniformly all the way around(so it is not higher one side or the other) until the lip of the insert has appeared uniformly on each side. You then need to push in the narrow steel bush provided into the middle of the insert, however you don't need the press for this.
You then only need to re mount the Torque arm back to the car. It is personal preference, but I used Locktite Thread locker on the bolts.
All this took about 15 minutes to do at work. Unless your car has been substantially lowered, you don't need to raise the car to get the Torque Arm out. I know I don't need to remind most people on here, but DO NOT drive the car when this arm is taken out.
