I'm going to miss the Polo, its a great little toy. Not worth much as it has a poor service history (which is to say its been well maintained, but by me) and I don't think the mods will make sense to many.
I was starting to mentally list all the mods last night, I did a lot of little mods along the way, most of which aren't worth parting out. If someone was about to start modding their Polo and wanted a head start, its mostly ready for a K04 or similar. Even without it pulls hard from low revs, something the S3 does in a very different way (not nearly as fun in stock form, but I'll fix that).
I'll stick around, I don't see my soft side for the Polo hardening up any time soon.
