I though of doing something like this to improve air flow around the 'cooler:

Obviously it would need to look a lot more factory than that does, but the idea is there - just need a spare inner guard and a vent of some kind

Jon ive already done that and you really cant even see it so being stock looking isnt really a problem.

This is a really easy mod.I took off the RHF wheel,found where the intercooler was,and drilled about 9 apprx. 7 cm holes with a hole saw in the inner guard liner[without taking it off]
I then pop riveted a vent[bought at Bunnings for around $8]over the holes,with a piece of plastic mesh to stop small debris entering.
All done in about 15 minutes for around $10.

Ok, for starters, you need to be a member to purchase anything from this website. Sign up is similar to eBay and there isnt much to it (except it's in Chinese). However, you'll hit a dead end when you come to payment options. They only accept direct deposit from a series of Chinese banks, which inhibits any international buyers from buying from them.

I havent shot them an email but chances are they'll just ignore it or give a slow response... So, I'd look elsewhere guys...
