Chatswood Classic is useless!

Hi,

Bought one van a few year ago from the dealer and it was fine. Then bought another one from a different salesman last year and it had been a horror story (like many others I have been told about from this dealer). Nothing bad about the car but the service (or lack off) is terrible, the salesman had lied to us. So many horror stories with him that we are going to take this up with the courts. They where going to pay for our rego and greenslip due to mistakes made by the salesman but when we chased him up he said he never said anything of the sort (lucky we taped the conversation!). I will let you know. Just a word of warning do not buy any vehicle esp Caddys/Transporters from Chatswood Classic NEVER ending problems!

Stay away from Nepean Motor Group at Penrith. Poor after sales service, and try to talk you out of seeking different finance options other tan there own...Like its their business...!!

Please do not mistake "Aftersales" which is the Service Dept, when you seem to target the Finance dept.

You see a dealer ship has many departments such as Sales, Service, Parts, Used Cars, Finance and Pedelivery.

Each of these has different managers and staff. I understand it is hard to want to deal with a dealership after a bad taste. But you may find Service and Parts are good but sales is s..t.

Many customers get a good deal on a new car at one dealership, and will always buy cars from the sales man they like but they take their vehicle to another dealer cos the service is beta.

Staff rotate and what may be a bad dealer one year may be the best dealer next year. The staff turnaround from dealer to dealer is massive.
