Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Turbo back exhaust for GTI

    Hey guys,

    I've got a 9n3 gti currently with a stage 1 apr tune, I'm looking at getting a turbo back exhaust and then stage 2 tune. There don't seem to be a huge number of exhaust options to go with, just wondering what you guys think is the best way to go.

    Milltek or custom made.

    No other choices really.

      I looked into this some time ago. APR sell one but it is made at an exhaust shop in Brisbane anyway. However they would not sell it straight to me. They wanted me to buy it through APR. This was about a year and a half ago.
