Sorry to bring up an old thread but I've also been thinking about installing the Polys. I've got the Seat rear control arm bushes installed and was thinking of replacing the front wishbone front bushes and the rear beam mounting bushes.

I just wanted to know what other parts I need. I know that I had to get a few nuts and bolts for the rear control arm bushes do I need to purchase them again to get the front ones done?

Has anyone else changed all the bushes in their Pogs? How does it handle now? Is it definitely worth the buy?

I was thinking of purchasing the Powerflex Polys (diagram reference 1 & 4)

Plautos has commented positively about changing the rears for his track use.

Someone (could have been Jmac) had said the front control arm bushes are strong and hard from stock, so no real need.
