I was worried until I looked up the manual and it said poor exhaust quality. As far as I'm concerned all exhaust gas is bad for you.

Will take it to the dealer and see what they say. Have changed back to normal mode and amazed how different the car feels (slow), will be interesting to see if they notice the APR software.
Have you got a different exhaust on?

Had the same thing - it was a fuel purge valve.

But it could be a zillion things - just let the dealer do their thing.

my engine light came on last week so i took it to VW and they said it was my oxygen sensor. they switched the code off and off i went. about 10 mins later if came back on so i'll have to book into VW and get the sensors replaced. how long do they need the car for because Gold Coast VW won't give me a courtesy car. they said you have to book them at least 3 months in advance......WTF?? what a load of crap!

A day will do for the sensors. Ask if they maybe change both because when one goes, sometimes so does the other one.
