my engine light came on last week so i took it to VW and they said it was my oxygen sensor. they switched the code off and off i went. about 10 mins later if came back on so i'll have to book into VW and get the sensors replaced. how long do they need the car for because Gold Coast VW won't give me a courtesy car. they said you have to book them at least 3 months in advance......WTF?? what a load of crap!

A day will do for the sensors. Ask if they maybe change both because when one goes, sometimes so does the other one.Originally posted by [-Polo GTI-] View Postmy engine light came on last week so i took it to VW and they said it was my oxygen sensor. they switched the code off and off i went. about 10 mins later if came back on so i'll have to book into VW and get the sensors replaced. how long do they need the car for because Gold Coast VW won't give me a courtesy car. they said you have to book them at least 3 months in advance......WTF?? what a load of crap!
