Is there any people from Darwin on here? I'm a new VW owner up here, and was keen to find out about people up here.

Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Cheers guys...I have only been up here for 6 months now, and have only had my Polo for one month....Its the only one up here too. I'm not liking the look of the dealer up here, and I don't even have an APR rep up here(spoke to them today, and they have been looking for shops to deal with, but no luck so far
I just joined this site yesterday on advice from another poster, and I love it. I am in the process of ordering in a K&N panel filter and SEAT intake(on advice I have gleaned from this site), and I'm looking at the APR Polo intercooler and turbo dump pipe.
I would love to be in Queensland, but unfortunately home is where the army sends you!!
I had a 2004 Holden Barina SRi before my Polo, which I loved(BMC Panel filter, sports exhaust and Falken Azinis RT615 Semi Slicks), and was extremely fun to drive, but I am in love with my Polo.
Dose anyone know who may do a front Strut Brace for the Polo??"If can't get behind your troops, feel free to stand in front of them..."

Forge do a front strut brace for the Polo GTI. Check out Rennenhaus ... Ian's the man ... he can get them for you.
Where is Rennenhaus?? Sorry to sound a bit dim!!Is it a parts shop or a poster on this site?? I'm keen to not have to mail order from Europe.
