Majority of people cannot park on the street to save their lives. I have seen several people use the bump method in even places like the parking lot which seems extremely odd.
I cant help but notice that there is a generalised pattern in driver age, gender and race. Many senior aged drivers simply grind their way into a spot with a slight bump here and there. Drivers with dodgy international licences have a habit of mounting the curbs then dropping back down with possibly a chance of a bump. Furthermore, I have found many international licence holders cannot simply park head in at parking lots. With a ratio of about 90%, they have it angled to some degree which is completely ridiculus or have the front of their car in the park, with the rest hanging out on someone else's exit/entry space.
I have a habit of finding very secluded parks and IF I was to park next to someone, I make a habit of not parking for long.
