Having fitted 312mm disks, I am of the opinion they are an extravagance unless you plan to track your car frequently. I don't sense any difference in daily driving between the stock rotors with Ferodo pads, and 312mm rotors with Ferodo pads....and the cost difference is about $900, fitted.2015 White German SUV

Why? This would only be for looks, not performance....and if you wanted to, you could probably go as large as 312mm under stock 16" rims. But this would simply add unsprung weight. Not worth it, IMHO2015 White German SUV
