Front bumper removal on 2003 Polo

Hi,

Can anyone guide on how to remove a front bumper on 2003 polo, i've had a small knock so it is not aligned correctly with headlights on one side.

any help would be appreciated

This document is for a front mount intercooler installation on the 9n3. The document shows how to remove the bumper, but should be somewhat relevant to the 9n.
