Cigarette/Lighter socket surrounding light not working

Hey guys - The orange circle surrounding the lighter socket does no longer light up. The socket however still provides power as I can still charge my phone through it.

Anyone know if its a separate fuse for the surrounding light and the actual lighter socket?
