Air con switches...

Quick post to confirm.

Been looking at these and need to know if I'm reading the description correctly.
Replacement Climate Control Knob (Black) - Polo 9N3 - Oriental Parts

These would replace the switches that 99% of us have no? Just wanted to make sure they're not for the different auto-climate control module. I think these would help blend it all in with the ANS-420 and update the interior with my other mods planned.

Anyone know how to get them off?
I presume they just pull off, but I don't want to break anything.
