Pull the Globe out of the Holder and replace, Revers steps to secure again.

Indicators:
Twist the plastic paddle Clock wise this will undo the holder then simple pull out.

Park Lights:
You have to have very small hands to get to them:
The easiest way I have found is to gentle pull on the wires that they connect too.

Just got the Philips Crystal Vision Low Beam (H7) and Foglight (HB4), and 7LED Park light, had no problems changing the low beam and foglights, but the park light was soooooo hard, and after reading your guide, it only took me 2 minute to change the park light. Thanks again

You have no problem to do the fog light? How did you pull the cover out? I tried by no success....

right gog light cover (driver side) is a given unscrew and pull. left or passanger side one is a bit more dificult but once again can be pulled out manually. i know, i was a lil reluctant to, but those covers are amazingly resilient.

and how do i remove the headlight to fit these bulbs

I just replaced the headlights with Phillips diamond vision in the dark and cold and **** me the passenger side is a mother****er to twist back in.

Word of advice, if you dont get it, take it out and try again fresh, trying ti jimmy it in will not work...

Its like take out, put back in a try and twist in fresh each time, once i figured this out, was back in, took me bout 20 mins to get the ****er back in, drivers side alot easier.

I changed mine at 8pm at night out the front of my office, with the only light available being the flash from my blackberry video camera.

I now have 3 x 10 min videos of my hand trying to get the bulb in, with me getting more and more fired up every minute. By the end I am swearing a blue streak and had to turn to a co-worker to have a crack.... he got it in one.

The video goes blurry after that as I threw my phone into a bush

Phone works just fine. Even in my white rage I still thought to aim somewhere reasonably soft. I am almost as attached to my phone as I am to my car so if it had kept recording once it hit the dirt you'd see footage of me hastily jumping into the bush trying to retrieve it and hoping it didn't break

whats the trick to getting the head light out, i undone the bolt and tried to jiggle it out, it felt quite stubborn, felt around and i think there may be another screw somewhere?

Im trying mine now, which is better? less blue more white, Blue Vision or Diamond vision? I saw the Diamond Vision bulb is very blue so went with Blue Vision all around...

Also trying to remove the headlight, wish me luck...

My Polo TDI just blew both low beam bulbs within a few days of each other

I managed to get the passenger side bulb out, but holy crap I can't see how to get my hand into the drivers side one. The 1.9 TDI has the diesel filter canister and coolant reservoir blocking access (don't know if the petrol version is this bad). Has anybody tried changing the low beam bulb on a TDI? Got any tips?

I don't really feel like taking the front end of my car off to change a bulb, so I might be down to my local VW mechanic to get it done if it is going to require removing engine components.

I have CrystalVision all round in my car. Good white light and not too dim. I had Diamondvision in my old car and while they were a tad bit whiter, they weren't as bright as CrystalVision.
