hey guys - Any help/ideas on why my socket is not working, red surrounding ring does not light up either...any help appreciated cheeers!

Check the fuse hasn't blown, also pop the unit out and check that its connected underneath, after a service i noticed mine wasn't working as they forgot to re-connect it.2016 Golf R, APR Stage 1

Firstly check the fuse, I had this problem when using a GPS. Changed the fuse and it started working again
Its a 5 second job
