More noise? Definitely possible but start with just a mufflectomy.
Less weight? Ditto
More power? Not unless you do other mods first so that exhaust becomes a major limiting factor.Resident grumpy old fart

I wouldnt waste 2k on a exhaust on a pacific.
Why dont you just change the rear muffler for a nice stainless one
