Do these taillights fit on the Australian Polo

I am looking at replacing one of my cracked rear taillights, got quoted a stupid price of 150 for ONE 2nd hand one at some wreckers in sydney.
Had a look at these Stock Tail Light - Polo 9N3 - Oriental Parts
but they state for left hand drive model, is there any difference ?

rhd has a reverse light on left and rear fog with red lens on right, lhd should be opposite so wont work
