are the 'chips' tunable??

for eg if you have them installed then change your exhaust or turbo, can another map be loaded??

do you know the rough price of a new unit?? installed or just supplied?

have a look at the APR sight mate i think there should be stage 1 stage 2 etc for it

i can only find the gti stuff,

but it gives a good idea of what they provide.

Ive had my dp chip fitted for about 6 months now and a remus muffler.U have ten settings which u can change with either a small screw driver or via your pc.I set mine anywhere from 1 to 5.Anything above that and the thing wants to take off.And on the higher settings the cruise control has alot of trouble keeping the right speed.One the no.1 setting u can pull away from a standard 6 cylinder ford ute.And u get better fuel economy with the lower settings.The best ive got so far is 4.7 litres per hundred ks

Setting 0 is stock, and setting 1 is only a tiny bit above that you know. If I were you, I'd consider bumping it more towards 5, otherwise it's not really very good value for money imo
