Dogmount on our 9n3 Polo GTIs

Are they identical to the ones in Golf GTI (Mk4) / Audi A3 / S3s (older shape) ?

I am thinking of getting it upgraded to improve the shifting.

Just have to find out first before I start wasting my money! Has very good feedback and awesome price too.
