    High Beam is 12v 55W H1
    Low Beam is 12v 55W H7
    Fog Lights is 12v 55W HB4
    Parker is 12v 5W W

which LEDS are you guys using for the number plate?

ive found that the ones i bought from autobarn (some generic ones) arent bright enough. either that or the gap between the two bulbs on the number plate is too big. do you guys have a darkness in the middle between the bulbs?

yeah i just bought those generic ones from autobarn (3A RACING or somethin)
they do kinda leave a gap, but checked last night and they looked fine to me. I think the incandescent globes will be more a diffuse light and LED is quite sharp.

I want to replace the crappy stock parkers with LEDS because they look so dull.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

              KTHXBYE

Just get any white L.E.D. 5W 12V wedge globe. they've got em at autobarn.
while you're at it, may as well get some new globes too. seeing's its easiest to take the whole light assembly out.

                  So true!

Is there globe replacements that can brighten the parkers up? Im not too keen on LED's.

it seems that the fog lights are h1 not hb4...

For the number plate lights, just buy any festoon and squeeze the holder closer to fit!

I tried those generic ones from autobahn and auto cheap, and yes they are not bright enough, and now i got some from japan, it is 15 bucks a pair but very bright white with a hint or blue...

I just bought my beast a set of LED parkers and number plate globes. The LED globes are much brighter then stock, although i got them in super white, there not white coz they have a blueish tinge to them. My low beam is pure white and the parkers are blueish. Better then stock i say.

Would xenon globes be alright in the polo if i change my low beam globes?

The number plate LED's look superb with the blueish tinge.

They'll be fine as long as you get a good brand i.e. Phillips Diamond Vision that wont run too hot and melt your headlight lens. (am i right in assuming you've already changed your low beams though. quote; "My low beam is pure white"?)

go to autolamps-onlne.com for them. got mine for $57 AUD, though they come from UK.

If you're talking HID/Xenon then i'm pretty sure you need to upgrade all the wiring etc...

My low beam is stock...which is basically clear white, not the yellowish colour of most globes. Im staying away from HID...too much messin about.

                              Cheers
