Brake reconditioning kit & parts

Hey all, wondering if anyone knew if there is a front + rear brake re-conditioning kit available with the seals and dust boots? or if anyone knows the sizes and if any other car has a kit the suits?

Also, can anyone recommend where to get braided lines & stock rotors (new, near new)?
