this guy didnt think oil service was important as well!!

          oil service - diy $100 , vw $200

          blown engine - $5000+

          which do you prefer???

you can miss other things, but oil service is very important!!

I'm nowhere near the 15,000km needed for my first service - it'll reach one year well before that point, which is when I'll be sending her in for (at a minimum) an oil and filter change.

As well as the rear spoiler slightly lifting since it wasn't glued down properly! I might also ask them to look into the suspension "clunk" which doesn't happen often (usually on massive undulations in the road on a sweeping corner), but that's really a non-issue (and I've driven a Mk 3 that did the same).

u should be ok,as nothing has happened, but if you broke the cam as that other guy did, then obviously no.
