Cup Holder has detonated

My cup holder has completely died and come to pieces. Can anyone advise where i can order a new one from please?

Have any parts broken or has it just come apart?
Mine came totally apart when I had to yank it out, after it got stuck (just the metal carrier was left sticking out of the dash) but the bits fitted back together and just snapped into place.

carrier has stuck for i think the last time...mechanic fixed if for me at last service but it has not been functioning correctly since

vaglink.com used to have all sorts of OEM spares, but i have not been able to access their site for some reason...

That happened to me once and I had to use brute force to yank it out (it may have been the time that I had to rebuild it).
