9N3 GTI Rear Axle Bushes

Hi Guys,

My car started developing appetite of singing squeaks at the rear which I thought it could be the bushes started to worn. It's 3 year old anyways. Do you think I can just source Mk4 Golf GTI and bushes and yank it in to replace the current bushes?

I've got a set of Poly's from awesome GTI. Think they are SuperPro.

Is it meant for Polo 9N or Mk4 Golf? I'd prefer getting from US as Malaysia currency is appreciating on it than other countries

For the Polo, have a look on their website, may be comparable to both (then you could likely buy mk4 usher from USA).

whiteline also make the rear beam lock bushes.

iirc, i got mine from autobarn for like $70 or something.

part number is W0606 as per whiteline's site

are you talking about the rear beam bush? i'm also looking for a solid rubber bush to replace them, maybe the cupra r bushes (1ML 501 541) would fit.

I did this to sort out the existing worn out bushing which squeaks like rats. In terms of performance, it does in a way tightens up the rear end a little bit making every turns more responsive. Downside, it's PU and without regular lubrication, it will squeaks and labour cost as you need to bring down the whole trailing beam to install and pump the new ones.

That's good information as we now know that mk4 golf rear bushes (and more importantly, compatible cupra rear bushes) will fit our polos
