Help with a Trouble Code.

Hey guys i have an engine light on my 09 GTI. Scanned it with a friends scanner reset the light and came back the next day.

16825. Evap emission control sys. incorrect flow.

Any idea what this is???

Faulty Purge canister valve or a split in the piping, air hose or the likes.
