  • Polo GTi front brakes?

I hope that someone can help me.

I recently upgraded my Skoda Roomster front brakes from the standard 288mm discs and calipers to 312mm discs with appropriate (different) calipers. (ie the std calipers would not fit 312mm caliper mounts.)

I want to sell the old discs, pads and calipers (all are in excellent condition) and I believe that these are the same as fitted as standard to the Polo GTi. I therefore assume that these would be a bolt-on upgrade for non-GTi Polos.

I want to describe them accurately when I sell them, so can someone tell me for what cars these brakes would be a good upgrade?

Unless you can show they are the same, it is likely to be difficult to get people to see this as a worthy upgrade.

    How much are you after?

Based on this thread, it would appear not to be the case.
