i cant seem to find an actual website of the manufacturer - its made by a company called EVO if that helps any

heres a link to the retailer that i bought it from - they may actually have a listing of the manufacturer website - if you e-mail them they may be able to help - explain where yo are from and why you cannot buy it from them

but these replicas are 1/3rd the price that you would pay at a VW dealership - they have these in 5/100 pcd which would fit the polo and also 5/112pcd which would fit the golf5 - and the VW badge in the centre from, your original rims should fit these

i dont really know if it works - friends of mine who have bought this item are having mixed results - some people say it works - whilst others have had to pay some hectic tickets whilst using it - so i wouldnt put too much trust into it altogether ...... i suppose it depends on the camera

those are 18's with 215/35/18 pirelli p-zero nero's - and yes thats replica's of the ones from the golfs - they are called detroits here in south africa and huffeisens (huffs in short) everywhere else throughout the world

and yes they do look massive but they suit the car - this car draws many looks whilst on the road and the first thing most people comment on is how good the wheels look on the car

the 17's just look identical to the 16's that are standard on the pogo's but the 18's have a lasercut face - so whe you look closely they have grooves on the surface - plus they are painted grey on the insides instead of being a uniform colour - one idea ive been toying with is to make those grey bits black - that would make these wheels look like the ones on the gti W12-650

Did you have to modify the guards to fit those 18's? The wheel arches for the polo seem pretty small.
