Strange hum from the left side of the car?

Hi all, im pretty sure its a dodgy wheel bearing but when ever i take off and the cars cold, for the first 250 od meters theres a strange hum that comes from the left hand side of the car, only happens when moving which leads me to believe its a wheel bearing?

Its ok during driving.. i dont hear a peep from it

Its a 2010 9n Polo GTI with about 2000k's on the clock

Anyone experienced this and know what it is?

still hearing it but whilst driving now, only at low speeds like 20 - 30k's, anyone know what it might be?

Sounds like a light metallic howl from the left front side.. gotta take it back to the dealer but they a good 40 minutes drive away
