Ok, the cats out of the bag.

I was chatting with Doug (Slappy Dunbar) who informed me that the shipping discount for the first Aussie customer has been taken - so who ordered one?

    I hope its someone here!

    Cheers,

    Jarrad

How do you figure? $1099 when the dollar is basically at parity is peanuts compared to other options (rolls eyes at greedy APR)

Did they get cheaper? Sure, the Turbo is reasonably priced.

I'd want the manifold as well, then with a custom tune, injectors, etc, this is where it adds up.

I should have been more specific.

Well you'd still need the tune to go with it, you APR blokes should be ok but those with other tunes would have to pay again?

Dont you still need the FPR for this?

APR is not a good option as their tunes are designed for the K04 or Garrett.

                      I'd be looking to CC.

Thumbs up to whoever does it! Wouldn't you want to be changing stock internals with that much power though?

I think you would have to limit the boost to control the torque, a few more nm's is fine, but some tuners have recommended i not go to the K04 for the same reason. The gearbox is another limitation, but I think it depends what you expect from it and how you are going to drive.
