Anti Roll Bar Bushes

I'm thinking of changing the anti roll bar bushes with either Superpro or Powerflex ones.
My question is: what is the correct thickness for the stock anti roll bar ?

SuperPro has 16, 18, 19, 20, 22mm and Powerflex 16, 18, 19mm bushes... and I wasn't able to find yet what are the correct ones for Polo GTI.

Funny, I was thinking about my bushes this morning.

I think a Nolathane or something designed to provide less friction is the way to go.

I'll have a look at the stock bar, its off my car.

and I'm still confused, because they say there for the anti-roll bar "20mm", but for the bushes "18mm"...

just had a look at the ones of my car.

Sway is about 20mm, bushes are about 18mm. As the stock ones are rubber, there is more likely to be some expansion you wont get with Urethane, etc.

20mm would be my bet.
