HELP HELP control arm

Got the new control arm bushes, the pedders ones

Got the old ones out and got the new bushes in, but cant get the arm in
Looks like it has to slide in perfectly straight but there is the subframe thingo in front
When it was taken out it could be done on a angle

Anyone know, or else i cant get home tonight
