Jessica, the original VW one is the best as it integrates with the headunit but it doesnt charge Iphones or late model Ipods. theres another connector you can buy that does this that plugs into the VW plug (if that makes sense)
I considered getting it for my Polo but it was all too hard in the end so I just keep burning CDs lol.
