Dyno operator errors would be bigger than the difference wheels would make on the dyno.

I had lightweight wheels and thought the dyno was under quoting but not sure, don't think it affects it as much as you think.

A dyno is measuring a wheel which is already moving fast. I think it would be most noticable at low speed (eg, coming away from lights)
