I'd call - and I'd also start arranging alternative transport. The last thing you want to be doing is driving around in a car with unknown damage to its brakes/suspension. Not only do you run the risk of doing further damage, but you also run the risk of component failure - something you don't particularly want to contemplate at 60+km/h.Comment
